The only thing you need to know habits matters a lot because your habits lead to your actions and your actions lead to results. 

Better habits lead to better results and bad habits lead to bad results, moving further you must have known this repetition of any kind of work with your own will leads to building a habit, you know that no one born with habits we just develop then with time. 

If you look at this carefully you will find that kids have crying habits at small things. Some people have reading habits, others like to sit quietly, some like to play all the time and some just waste their time in unuseful things.

Habits or hobby is something that can lead to a bright future or can ruin your future too, if someone has a habit of falsehood he will lose the trust of everyone, only because of that one habit.

Once my granny told me this if you can do something to continue for six months than you will end up doing it entire life. At that time I was unable to understand her but now I got the point. 

If you want to develop any habit just make sure you are doing it regularly, don't do wrong things regularly because you are going to regret them later. 

How this really happens? 

You may have seen this every morning when you wake up, you just do the same exact thing, this is because you are doing it unconsciously, once you figure it out you can replace this habit with another habit that you want to develop for yourself.

for example, if you are a soccer player, you will do practice daily to improve your muscle memory, the same goes for the habits, your muscle memory plays a very important role in developing new habits.

one and the only way to develop any habit is consistency, there is no other way because things you do regularly becomes the part of your life.

It is easy to do things if you have the interest or desire in them like you have the desire of reading books than it will be easy for you to develop good reading habits. but if you don't like to reading than what you are going to do? 

If you have an interest in something, it is easier to push yourself, if you don't than you have to start giving yourself a little time daily. first, start by reading for half an hour with full concentration and later you can increase the duration.

Don't push yourself too much, because that will only be going to tire you, just increase time gently, you will going to develop perfect habits for yourself.

  3. Read content i.e going to help you for the future. 
  4. Do not try to only read, try to develop understand towards the content.

Most of the students waste their entire time in school books or NCERT books. They don't think about other books and other things happening out in the world, this is because of the lack of awareness.

You know that we are living in the era of the internet and unemployment if we are not aware of things around us than we will end up doing nothing. 

Don't be a fool in the era of the internet, people are trying to sell you everything, even words are on the sale. if you are not good enough to know things right, you will always end up buying the wrong stuff.

If you are the student of class 9 and class 10th than it's the best time for you to develop a new habit, for it can be reading or writing content anything that interests you.  

HABITS THAT YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID? 

1. Always being distracted by unimportant things?

Most of the students are distracted for no reason, simply for things that are not even good for them in present, they waste complete time in doing unuseful things and regret them later.

Don't be one of them, you must have effective decision making and use your time wisely, you must know, where you want to invest your time and how much? all things are important but all things must be done individually, not all at once.

2. Spending time with the wrong people.

As I have mentioned above do not spend your time recklessly, try to utilize it, only hang with the people, who motivate you and push you forward towards your goal. 

Most of our time gets wasted, when we hang with wrong people, or should I say, toxic people, they just consume your time and always try to push you back, that is not good for you and your future.

If you hang too much with these people you will only end up a failure, this is because of the rule of nature, you gain habits from your comrade and you imitate them as well.

3. Always focusing on the negative.

You know that there are only two possibilities, whether its day or night. you must choose which you want to choose, most of the students try to see negative in everything, and they just develop the habit of focusing on the negative. 

You must avoid this kind of character because they carry negative vibes with them, which can harm you in many ways, you must be familiar with the concept of gaining habits from your friends, what they have in the large amount they transfer that to you, it can be good things or bad things.

you must take your decision wisely while deciding who is your true friend, your friends must save you, from doing wrong they must not become part of it after all.

4. Procrastinating.

This is the favorite habit of all of the students postponing things and most people do it very often. we always try to delay things and it becomes a common habit.

I will do it later, and this later never comes, try not to postpone things because once you develop that habit, it's only going to harm you and you will not get any result after all.

You must try to postpone the bad things that you have been doing. 

5. Giving in to laziness.

You know that most of the students feel like everything is a drag and they do not work on good things instead of that they just sleep all the time. 

one must not be too lazy, for doing his work, I used to be like that and later things only get worse, more laziness is kind of diseases and it gets growing with time. 

Try to avoid it fully so that you can get more time for yourself, as you know if you are sleeping too much than only you are wasting your life sleeping, then enjoying it.   
6. Not listening to others.

Sometimes we listen to others so much that our own voice fades away, in the voice of others, you must try to listen other less, and must have your own rules and regulations. 

Inherit only those things from others, which can raise you above, not all the things because all things don't take you above after all. 

My mom used to say to me, listen to all and do as your heart says.

Habits play a very important role in our life if you do not have good habit's you are not going to make it all the way because life is a long journey, but you have to live only one day.
