The Role: SEO Expert & Content Writer

As our SEO Expert & Content Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Crickbuster’s organic reach and crafting content that resonates with cricket fans globally. This remote role combines strategic SEO expertise with creative storytelling, offering the chance to shape our digital strategy and connect with a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO Strategy: Lead Crickbuster’s SEO efforts across our main site, microsites, and campaign landing pages. Conduct keyword research, competitor audits, and gap analysis to rank for high-value terms in cricket, travel, and fan experiences.
• Optimize Technical SEO: Enhance metadata, internal linking, sitemaps, schema markup, and URL structures. Collaborate with developers and designers to implement best practices (familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks is a plus).
• Track Performance: Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to monitor and report on SEO results, ensuring equity during site migrations or redesigns.
• Craft Compelling Content: Write search-optimized, fan-first content, including blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and email campaigns that align with Crickbuster’s passionate brand voice.
