Role Overview

As a Monetization Assistant at Red Elk Studios, you will support the execution of strategic promotional campaigns for IMVU in collaboration with Together Labs. This role focuses on setting up and launching promotions, managing in-game communication calendars, and ensuring a seamless user experience through effective data entry and QA in content management systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

Promotions & Campaign Management

• Create and launch daily global sales and localized strategic campaigns for desktop, mobile, and subscription digital products.
• Generate and edit promotional copy to ensure clarity and appeal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of promotions.
• Manage in-game communication calendars for promotions and special events.
• Respond to customer support inquiries about promotions and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Data Entry & QA

• Set up monetization promotions and communications in multiple internal content management systems (CMS).
• Perform comprehensive QA and testing to ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc messaging setup requests from external teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Skills:
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
  • Basic experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML.
  • Understanding of essential business and marketing concepts.
• Time Zone: Ability to work in the PST time zone.
